Bryon has worked in the building industry for many years but before he could drive a car he spent his weekends and evenings at a Lighting Showroom. His passion for lighting came back to him in May of 2015 when M & B started. Melissa worked in the building industry as well but on a different side, mortgage and customer service. They decided together that the lighting business would contain both of them since they had the knowledge and the contacts in the industry, hence "M & B, et al." They have five children, Madeline, Adelaide, Emerson, Gabriel, and Samuel with three of them in college. They have a 3 year old golden doodle named Gnarly who is spoiled rotten. When they are not chasing the whereabouts of their children, they like to travel for fun, cook together, entertain and watch Netflix. They are even getting pretty acclimated with Snapchat so they can send their kids funny pictures of spitting out rainbows.
